Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.
2. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to most cities and towns across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (as mentioned on the website during promotions).

For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal shipping charge will be applied at checkout.

6. Packaging & Safety

All products are packed in air-tight, tamper-proof, and food-safe packaging to ensure freshness and hygiene.

Fragile or bulk orders are shipped with extra protective packaging.
7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times at your address.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us.
