Return Policy

  1. Returns Eligibility:
  • Customers do not have the option to return an order when it is delivered.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You also have the option to refund the order while it is in the processing category.
  1. Reporting Order Discrepancies:
  • If the delivered order does not match the one you placed, you must report it to us without cutting the seal of the product.
  • Contact our customer support at +91 60-0688-4730 within 24 hours of delivery to report any order discrepancies.
  • Failure to report order discrepancies within the specified timeframe will result in the return request being denied.
  • Make a video every time buying from AroraDryFruits, When the delivery partner gives you the order, don’t let him go, either open the product with him and make a video and send it to our WhatsApp(+91 60-0688-4730)
  1. Return Process and Refund:
  • Once the return request is approved, customers are responsible for returning the product to BlueDart, our designated courier partner.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will initiate the refund process, which is handled by CCAvenue, our payment gateway partner.
  • Please note that it may take up to 3 days to process the refund after we receive the returned product.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • We do not allow replacements for our products or/ items’
  1. Liability for Product Damage:
  • AroraDryFruits, iNRiFy, or any of its subsidiaries are not responsible for any damage that occurs to the product during transit by BlueDart or due to mishandling by the customer.
  • Customers are advised to handle the product with care and report any damages to our customer support immediately.
  1. Additional Process:
  • Customers are requested to contact our customer support for initiating the return process and obtaining the necessary return authorization.
  • The customer support team will provide instructions on how to return the product and assist with any queries or concerns.
  • We recommend customers retain the original packaging and any associated documents for the smooth processing of returns. [if delivered]
